HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION TO START?
It takes approximately six to eight weeks for a new subscription to begin with the first issue. Then BD usually arrives in subscribers' mailboxes within the second week of the issue date (i.e., the November issue would arrive between Nov. 1 and Nov. 15). Note: if you subscribe before the first of the month, you will receive your first issue(s) starting the next month. Otherwise your subscription will start with the following month's issue.

WHY IS THE PRICE SO HIGH FOR FOREIGN SUBSCRIPTIONS?
The price is dictated by the cost of international postage.

DO YOU GIVE AWAY SAMPLE COPIES?
