Jennifer Barretta Brings Baby Max into the World

Women's Professional Billiard Association pro player Jennifer Barretta gave birth to her first child, Max Barretta, at 5:03 pm on Dec 20, and both mom and baby were home in time for Christmas.

Barretta originally went to the hospital that day for a regularly scheduled check-up, but the ultrasound showed that the umbilical cord was wrapped around the baby, so her doctor decided that an emergency C-section was a necessary precaution to ensure the baby's safety. The procedure reportedly went off without any problems, and both mother and baby are healthy and happy.
