Web Gems
Spring is a time for rebirth and growth and all that stuff. So let’s get some new videos up in our Web Gems section. Take a look at a few new clips and a few of the classics.
President Obama certainly wasn’t much of a bowler, but this video shows the commander in chief is a little better with a cue. Here is a slide show from the 1982 Dayton 9-Ball Open. Take a look at some of the generation’s best players — including a baby-faced Earl Strickland. Something fell out of the ceiling, but it didn’t seem to distract Earl. Worth a look and a second look, this video is a quick peek into the legendary hustler tournaments of Johnston City. Cool in slow motion. Guinness explains how the pool table came about. |
