Marquee players Battle it Out in the Viking Championship Losers' Bracket

The Viking Cue Tour National Championship at The Pool Room in Duluth, Ga is nearing a dramatic finish, with the 16 players remaining.

On the winners' side, the Hatchet, Dennis Hatch, will face Justin Hall, who knocked Earl Strickland to the losers' side. Stoney Stone is still in the winners' side after a hard fought victory over Johnny Archer. Stone will meet Shannon Daulton in the quarterfinal.The two other match-ups are Sparky Ferrell vs. Chris Bartram and Keith Bennett vs. Stevie Moore.

Players still fighting it out on the one-loss side include Johnny Archer, who will face U.S. Open winner John Schmidt, Larry Nevel and Jerry Slivka.
