Run Three Balls
It’s short, simple, and practical — and integral to just about any game with pockets that requires position play. Place three object balls in random locations, and then place the cue ball anywhere you like. Plan your runout, and pocket the balls in numerical order. The sample layout here comes via BD instructor Dave Alciatore to show you some fundamental principles you should consider.
